I would say add a bassline and synth pad, but it might destroy the rainy effect of the song. Maybe sample some rain in the background so it sounds more layered.

I like where the song is going. I am interested to hear what the finished one will sound like.

Your instrumentals are great!
You should try adding vocals on top of them, you could be like Crystal Castles.

Wow, great song man.
It gets a little repetitive, but overall, it is amazing.
The background noises add a lot of atmosphere to it.
