I would say add a bassline and synth pad, but it might destroy the rainy effect of the song. Maybe sample some rain in the background so it sounds more layered.

I like where the song is going. I am interested to hear what the finished one will sound like.

Your instrumentals are great!
You should try adding vocals on top of them, you could be like Crystal Castles.

This was a good lengthed song, not 7 minutes as it says. It's about 4 minutes, and not repetitive.
I like the new organ effect you added.

I really like this song. Like Flamedance58 said, you should try rerecording it with stronger vocals. Other than that, great song.
